Manufacturing Operative - Southend - Up to 28k
I am working with a world leading manufacturing company based near Southend. This company is now looking for a Manufacturing Operative to join their engineering team. The successful candidate will carry out various manufacturing functions within the Upholstery Manufacturing.
Responsibilities
- Fabrication: Cut parts, shape foam, and bond parts
- Tools and Materials: Use hand tools and cover parts with materials
- Quality and Maintenance: Ensure quality, perform reworks, and maintain tools
- Standards and Safety: Follow rules, maintain cleanliness, and observe safety procedures
Requirements
- Experience working in Upholstery
- Experience of working in a Manufacturing environment advantageous
- Able to work well under pressure
- Able to work well within a team
