Compass Associates are working with a valued client in their search for a Healthcare Operations Manager to lead their services in East London. This position covers primary care/ healthcare service within a prison. Services available include the treatment and management of chronic illnesses, minor injury unit, inpatient, pharmacy and mental health services.
Reporting to the Regional Lead, the post holder will be responsible for the operational management across the site, strategic direction and will be the CQC registered manager. We are looking for an experienced General/ Operations Manager within primary care or within other areas of healthcare to cover all aspects of staff management and help drive the service forward.
You will need strong people management and excellent team engagement, budget management experience is essential as well as being able to evidence transformation within a healthcare service.
Requirements
We are looking for someone who can provide strong leadership and management within a healthcare environment. You will be reporting to and working alongside the Regional Lead ensuring excellent service for all patients and be able to deliver targets and commercial objectives whilst ensuring professional growth and continuously improving the capability of the team.
- Management experience within healthcare
- Budget management
- CQC compliance, clinical governance and preparation for inspections.
- Experience liaising with key stakeholders.
