IRIS Product Marketing is excited to announce an opportunity for a motivated Product Marketing Manager HCM to join our growing and dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving the go-to-market strategy, sales enablement, and overall growth of our innovative HR software solutions. These solutions include a wide portfolio of software and an active partner marketplace.

As a strategic thinker and collaborative team player, you will work hand-in-hand with product management, sales, customer education, and the broader marketing organization to ensure the successful development and execution of marketing initiatives for our cutting-edge products.

You will play a critical role in shaping the future of our product offerings by spearheading marketing efforts that accelerate customer acquisition and revenue growth. This highly cross-functional role requires a strong understanding of SaaS B2B software and the HR software landscape, a customer-centric mindset, and strong communication skills.

Together with our dedicated teams, you will help establish IRIS as a market leader in the HR software space while driving product adoption across all our portfolio and fostering long-lasting customer relationships engaging with many of them on their journey to cloud software.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that the HR Product Portfolio is positioned correctly in the market, meets the needs of the target audience requiring a deep understanding of the product, the market, and the competition.
  • Create and communicate the value of the product to potential customers both existing and prospects and ensure that the marketing message is consistent across all channels.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to support product launches, feature releases, and expansion into new markets.
  • Develop and create Product Marketing collateral supporting personas, value propositions showcasing IRIS' HR solutions, messaging frameworks, sales enablement collateral for internal and external audiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, engineering, and corporate communications to drive product adoption, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth.
  • Educate all internal stakeholders on the product's communication strategy with current and potential users.
  • Create and maintain an in-depth understanding of buyer personas, use cases, and competitor landscape to develop effective product positioning that aligns with customer needs.
  • Keep up with industry trends and changes in the market, adjust the go-to-market strategy as needed and inform product development ideation.
  • Run Customer Advisory sessions to ensure ongoing engagement with customers on product roadmaps emerging trends and customer pain points.
  • Continuously track performance metrics and adjust marketing strategies to optimize results and drive growth.

Knowledge and Experience

  • HCM product knowledge essential
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across multiple areas of the business. A keen focus on establishing not just the GTM plan, Messaging and positioning but understanding distribution channels for revenue realisation and ensuring the right questions are asked across the business for success GTM.
  • Confident communicator in the HR sector with and enthusiasm for HR software and a solution-based approach.
  • You will be confident when meeting new people and have the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Ability to effectively prioritise and manage multiple competing demands. You will have strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Positive and proactive approach towards problem solving.
  • A natural self-starter and highly self-motivated
  • Strong IT skills with knowledge of the Microsoft Office Products e.g Outlook, Excel, Forms, Power Automate.
  • Ability to be persuasive, encouraging, and motivating.
