***FINANCIAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATOR***
Due to business growth we are on the hunt for a talented IFA Administrator to join our client's administrative team. You will need at least a year's financial services administration experience ideally in client and advisor support. This is a great opportunity for LP2 or CII qualified candidates. Note this is a permanent full-time opportunity however candidates who meet the criteria and are seeking part-time hours will also be considered.
Salary from £28K + benefits
Key responsibilities for the Financial Services Administrator include,
- Liaising with policy providers for policy details and obtaining policy illustrations
- Processing new business applications, tracking to completion
- Preparing documentation for client appointments and meetings, including the production of annual planning meeting packs
- Responding to email enquiries and liaising directly with clients
- Sending prepared investment information and reports to clients
- Ensuring all data entry is completed accurately and within specified timelines
The ideal Financial Services Administrator will need,
- At least a year's financial services administration experience ideally in client and advisor support
- LP2 or CII qualifications advantageous
- Professional verbal/written communication skills essential
- Excellent literacy and numeracy skills with a high degree of accuracy
- Confident interpersonal and organisational skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
