A fast growing client of ours in Borehamwood, are looking to recruit a Customer Account Manager, to join their friendly head office team and support their Senior Account Management team. This team is crucial to maintaining relationships with their big clients and ensuring they are looked after in terms of their orders and the levels of service they are recieving.
This role is perfect for someone who is organised, professional and really comfortable speaking to clients and dealing with anything they may need. There will be lots of admin involved and potentially some travel to clients' head offices (with your colleagues).
There's huge amounts of growth and potential in this role and we are looking for someone who is wanting to progress into an Account Manager role within the next few years.
Duties will involve:
- Dealing with customer queries over the phone
- Processing orders
- Dealing with delivery issues
- Sending invoices
- Logging information on the system
- Meeting clients with the Account Manager
- Putting together reports and presentation material
- Building relationships with clients and understanding their needs
