The Company:
The company is a leading high-end interior design studio working at the very top of the international market. Their SW London Studio is a creative, open-plan environment with a team of 30 people. This is a one year maternity cover, to start in July.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with CEO's personal admin, including lifestyle bookings and personal tasks as required
- Completion of monthly corporate card statements and processing expenses
- Confident and efficient handling of client liaison both telephone and written.
- Extensive diary management - liaising with clients, building rapport and booking meetings
- Full administrative support, including handling confidential information
- Inbox / Email Account management - flagging and monitoring all urgent enquiries
- Management and main point of contact for clients in the absence of Directors or Designers.
- Suggesting guestlists for boardroom lunches, dinners, and other events.
- Travel arrangements including personal flights and holidays as well as business travel
- Compile and print required documentation for all new business meetings
- Initial research into prospective clients and leads
- Manage and lead events
Requirements
- Excellent time management skills
- Fantastic communication skills
- A minimum of 4+ years experience in a similar role (interiors/fashion/art or similar is desirable)
- Friendly and approachable manner
- Great soft skills and emotional intelligence
- Independent approach to work
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Programmes (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Office)
This role is based full time in their SW London office.
