Junior Digital Marketing Executive

Are you a huge fan of Japanese anime, manga, games and Japanese IP? Would you like to work for a business that specialise in the IP focused retail market? Our client is looking for a Junior Digital Marketing Executive to join their rapidly growing business.

This is a 6 month Fixed Term Contract with the potential to go permanent. The role is office based in their HQ in Richmond and pays between £25K - £28K per annum based on industry experience.

It is important that you have a keen interest in the digital marketing space, social media and entertainment/Japanese IP across entertainment to be a good fit for this role.

About the Role:

  • Support with IP launches at retail
  • Digital marketing understanding/Interest
  • Social media growth awareness (X/Instagram/Tik Tok/Facebook etc)
  • Interest and care for Japanese space through anime/manga/games and Japanese IP.
  • Assisting with email marketing campaigns - Creating new templates, manage email databases.
  • Metric tracking such as open rates and assisting with group emails.
  • A/B testing for email campaigns, landing pages and digital assets and help improve performance.
  • Analysing website traffic data with google analytics. Measure site performance and help identify opportunities.
  • Assist with creation, management and optimisation of digital advertising across different social media platforms.
  • Support coordination of marketing projects and manage timelines working internally.
  • Assisting with reports to track key performance indications and metrics that can help measure the success of marketing campaigns.
  • Keep updated with the latest digital trends, competitor entertainment centres, technologies and recommend ways to improve.
  • Monitor and respond to online reviews.
  • Collaborate with other departments within the organisation, such as operations to ensure consistent messaging.
  • Assist with UMBBRACO and WordPress and make regular amends and updates to websites.
  • Assist with uploading onto Brightsign in various locations across retail and amusement sites.
