What you'll do:

As our Showroom Sales Support Staff, you'll be the first point of contact for our valued customers. Your role is crucial in ensuring that every visitor feels welcome and well-cared-for. Here's what your day-to-day will look like:

  • Welcome and assist customers: Make every customer feel at home as you welcome them into our showroom and ensure their comfort.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service: Offer professional, courteous, and tailored assistance to meet the needs of each visitor.
  • Build strong relationships: Engage with customers, understand their home improvement needs, and guide them through our offerings.
  • Stay organised: Manage administrative tasks and keep our showroom running smoothly.

Your Working Hours:

This part-time role offers flexibility, but please note that Saturdays are a must. Our showroom is open:

  • Monday to Friday: 9:00 am - 5:30 pm
  • Saturday: 10:00 am - 4:00 pm

Who We're Looking For:

We're seeking someone who is passionate about customer service and has a knack for organisation. Here's what we'd love to see:

  • Experience: Previous experience in Reception or Customer Service roles.
  • Skills: Strong administrative abilities and an organised approach to work.
  • Personality: A warm, friendly demeanour paired with a professional attitude.
