Handle are currently in partnership with a hugely successful PR and communications business, who are looking for an Interim AR Manager until the end of the year. This attractive position reports into the FP&A Manager, and will, therefore also include elements of analysis.
My client is looking for an experienced, Excel savvy, Sales Ledger Manager to join them in this pivotal role!
Key Responsibilities -
- Lead the month-end reporting process which includes - client revenue and profitability, credit notes raised report, debtors schedule, ICM reporting and staff utilisation
- Weekly/monthly bank reconciliations
- Take control of the whole cash collection process which includes - maintaining financial and supplier records, sending supplier invoices and regular debtor reviews
- Intercompany billing
- Allocation of daily banking activity
- Mentor, coach and manager the AR Team
Candidate requirements -
- Have worked in a similar AR Manager role for a minimum of 3 years +
- Possess strong Excel skills - Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, SUMs etc.
- Be a great communicator with senior financial and non-financial stakeholders
- Strong time management skills as well as being organised and diligent
