Primarily based in the office near the residence and visiting the home when required.
Job Summary:
Super organised and efficient personal assistant required to coordinate their private affairs and running of their household. Working from the family home and their offices (all of which in the W2 area) you will act as the lynch pin for all activities within the home and personal affairs run as smoothly as possible. This is fast paced and dynamic role which suit a self-starter with a proactive approach. 4 years+ as a private PA mostly based within the Household is essential. Proactive and hands on happy to assist with both the small and large projects.
Job specification:
- Diary management (booking meetings, appointments, dinners, lunches)
- Organising overseas travel (incl. hotels, transport, health/covid forms)
- Renewing household insurances
- Processing and checking BUPA claims
- Paying bills/keeping tab of payments
- Utility bills
- Arranging for contractors in relation to any maintenance issues within the home
- Tech savvy to the extent that you can address immediate issues within the house relating to building management systems and other tech, liaising with specialist service providers for more complex issues
- Responsibility for vehicle admin along with any household service agreements
- Act as a gatekeeper for the household staff and be the single point of contact for the principals
- Private event management/coordination
- Liaising with business PAs to ensure minimal diary conflicts Role is to start asap
Some assistance within the office i.e. purchasing goods, shopping for the office and arranging any repairs that may be necessary. This is a busy sometimes hectic role juggling different requests so you will be confident, highly organised and like a busy and varied day. Contact out of hours only in emergency. 9 - 6
