An award winning, international law firm based in Manchester City Centre are seeking a Senior Operations Manager, on a full time, permanent basis. If you have previous experience in an Operations Manager role, preferably within professionals services, strong communication skills and excellent leadership skills then this may be the role for you! The successful candidate will enjoy a varied role with a hybrid working structure and occasional travel to the firms other UK offices, with a salary of up to 70k!
You will primarily be responsible for managing the Office Managers within the wider business, ensuring consistent delivery of all operations. You will have oversight of operations budgets, oversight of GDPR regulations, procedures for starters and leavers, managing relationships with building management and tenants, liaising with marketing and supporting marketing events across the region, planning and implementation of new systems and much more. The role will evolve with time.
The successful candidate will have previous experience within an Operations Manager role, preferably within a legal setting if not other professional services environments.
