Posted by FIND.

Whether you're already a Trainer, Assessor or Coach, or thinking about becoming one, we want to hear from you.

We are recruiting on behalf of an industry leading training provider for a Hospitality Skills Coach based in Leicester.

Role:

You will work directly with learners at their workplaces, often within some of the UK's most renowned hospitality brands. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering apprenticeship standards, providing support, guidance, and motivation to help learners achieve career-building qualifications.
  • Assisting learners in acquiring transferable skills, particularly in Maths and English, when needed.
  • Managing your own administrative tasks efficiently.

This role is particularly rewarding as you'll be contributing to the recovery of a sector impacted by Brexit and Covid-19. Plus, you'll enjoy a better work-life balance with no late finishes or weekend work.

Our Initiatives:

We are looking for candidates with:

  • Professional Experience: Recent experience at a Supervisor or Management level in a hospitality setting, both front and back of house.
  • Qualifications: NVQ Level 2 in Hospitality.
  • Vocational Experience: Extensive experience in food & beverage, food production, and beverage service.
  • Skills: Strong communication, self-motivation, and experience working autonomously.
  • Education: GCSEs in English and Maths (grade C or above or equivalent).

Additional qualifications that are beneficial but not essential include:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Senior Production Chef or Hospitality Supervision.
  • BTEC Level 3 in Hospitality Management.
  • Experience in the Work-Based Learning (WBL) or education environment.
