PERSONAL ASSISTANT

A prestigious property development company renowned for creating award-winning homes across England is looking for a Personal Assistant to support three Directors!

PERSONAL ASSISTANT RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Managing Directors' diaries, including booking meeting rooms as well as working closely with other PAs to coordinate plans
  • Promoting and help organising extra-curricular activities
  • Completing ad hoc projects as required by the Divisional Directors
  • Creating and distributing agendas and meeting minutes before and after meetings
  • Drafting emails, memos and any other company forms for review and subsequent distribution
  • Collating, formatting and binding presentation packs and reports where required
  • Coordinating events and entertainment for the Directors and in some cases the wider team
  • Maintaining a well-structured filing system and assisting others with implementing best practice
  • Answering switchboard calls and redirecting or managing accordingly
  • Completing expenses, managing invoices and making payments using IFS systems
  • Covering the reception desk on a rota basis, greeting internal and external clients
  • Attending and contributing to monthly admin meetings, and subsequent actioning of any items raised

PERSONAL ASSISTANT ESSENTIALS:

  • Minimum 1 year of administration experience with a drive to become an EA/PA
  • Experience managing conflicting deadlines and prioritises.
  • Ideally managed a diary and calendar for a director
  • Flexibility with working in and out of the office
  • Enthusism and a just get it done mentality
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ca make decisions and
