The Role:

  • Manage supply and demand planning across multiple channels, including e-commerce and retail.
  • Collaborate closely with the commercial team to optimise inventory levels, pricing strategies, and product availability.
  • Work directly with retailers' supply chain teams to ensure seamless delivery and replenishment.
  • Oversee relationships with 3PL partners and co-manufacturers to ensure timely production and distribution.
  • Drive process improvements and efficiencies across the supply chain, ensuring cost-effective operations.
  • Ensure robust supply chain solutions across omni-channel platforms, aligning with business growth and customer needs.

You:

  • Strong experience in supply chain management, with a focus on retail customers and omni-channel environments.
  • Proven track record of working with 3PL providers, co-manufacturers, and retailer supply chain teams.
  • Excellent commercial acumen and the ability to develop and execute pricing and supply strategies.
  • Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work cross-functionally, particularly with commercial and sales teams.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving, with a focus on optimising supply chain performance.
