We have an exciting opportunity for a Contact Centre Agent to join our Contact Centre Team in Galashiels!

This is a full time, office based role.

The successful candidate will be involved dealing with a variety of inbound calls and outbound calls, where you will be assisting customers with arranging payment plans, collecting payments and dealing with general queries.

Day to Day Duties Include:

  • Managing customer enquiries and finding appropriate solutions to queries.
  • Negotiating customer payment plans over the telephone.
  • Ensuring customer records are updated accurately and timeously.
  • Ensure customer complaints are dealt with professionally and efficiently.
