We are looking for an experienced EYFS Teacher to support every child in reaching their full potential through personalized learning and care.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons in line with the EYFS framework.
- Assess and monitor children's progress, adapting teaching strategies to meet individual needs.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
- Collaborate with parents, carers, and other professionals to support each child's development.
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to the development of individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Participate in staff meetings, training, and professional development opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a specialization in Early Years.
- Experience working with children with PMLD is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and best practices in early years education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with young children.
