Leasing Administrator
Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire
Salary: £25,000 DOE + Bonus
Permanent, Full time hours
We are looking for an dynamic Community Host/Leasing Administrator to join an established and experienced team based in Leeds. Work for a well-established property development company that specialises in creating the most unique and modern BTR apartments with their newest development requiring a energetic self starter to join their busy team in Leeds.
What you will be doing as a Leasing Administrator
- Providing resident satisfaction throughout their agreement
- Answering queries via telephone and email
- General administration tasks
- Maintain and uphold a high standard for community check appeal by conducting routine inspections of all community amenities and common areas, and working with the service team or other teams to ensure that all areas are well-maintained
- Follows-up with future, new, current and past residents by personalising thank-you notes, cards, emails or making telephone calls to ensure resident satisfaction throughout their tenancy.
- Executes and assists with activities to support the community's leasing and lease renewal program.
- Executes and assists with activities to in relation to any community activities and events.
What are the Key Requirements of the Leasing Administrator
- Proficient in using computers and Microsoft word
- Well organised with a can-do-attitude
- Experience with data input and maintaining accurate records
- Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy
- Enthusiastic and motivated with a confident telephone manner
