What will you be doing:

As the Value & Performance Management Lead, you'll ensure the definition, measurement, and optimisation of value and performance metrics. You'll drive continuous improvement through data-driven decision-making and collaborate across ITSO to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and manage value and performance metrics aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Develop and execute measurement strategies and dashboards.
  • Promote a culture of data-driven decision-making and transparency.
  • Oversee performance monitoring, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Track user adoption of IT services and workplace products.
  • Manage and develop a team of Value & Performance Management Specialists.
  • Communicate frameworks and processes to stakeholders and suppliers.
  • Integrate supplier performance metrics and support contractual reviews.

What do we need from you:

  • Extensive experience in IT value and performance management.
  • Strong skills in data analysis, IT governance, and stakeholder management.
  • Using data to help lead the Data, Product & Platform Teams.
  • Ensuring that XLA's and SLA's are monitoring tracked and met from the Third party suppliers
  • Presentation of data and metrics to senior stakeholders in the business.
  • Strong understanding of Agile.
  • Jira, ServiceNow and Databricks knowledge or understanding
  • Proven ability to manage third-party suppliers and deliver business outcomes.
  • Expertise in strategic planning, service lifecycle management, and financial management.
