Description
Key Responsibilities:
- 30 hours per week Monday to Friday - flexible with hours worked
- Daily sales invoicing
- Raising Credit Notes
- Cash Allocation
- Dealing with the sales ledger receipts
- Opening new accounts and running credit checks
- Managing credit limits on accounts
- Keeping aged debt to a minimum
- Other ad hoc finance tasks where required to assist finance manager
Profile
Successful candidate:
- Will have worked in a Credit Control or transactional role prior
- Proficient with Microsoft Packages
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work to timed deadlines
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
Job Offer
Salary up to £26000 FTE + Free on site parking + Pension + 20 days annual leave + Flexible hours.
