Job Title: Lettings Inventory Team Coordinator

Opportunity in Brentwood

We have exciting opportunity for a Lettings Inventory Team Coordinator to join our award-winning team, to join our busy Brentwood Branch.

Main responsibilities of the role:

  • Organising property visit appointments on behalf of our Inspection Clerks.
  • To be the main point of contact for arranging property visits for our team of Inventory Clerks.
  • Admin duties to include releasing deposits for Inventory Clerks once successful negotiations are completed.
  • To provide vital admin support to the Senior Inventory Clerks and their team.
  • Provide an excellent standard of customer service with landlords and tenants.
  • Managing and responding to queries from tenants and landlords.

What will it take to be successful:

  • Some previous industry experience preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided.
  • Excellent organisational skills and accuracy - ensuring all appointments, meetings and deadlines are recorded accurately.
  • Prioritization - Organise appointments based on their importance and urgency. Allocate time appropriately for critical tasks.
  • Time Efficiency - schedule appointments with consideration for travel time and preparation time to avoid overloading the schedule.
  • Coordination - coordinate diaries with team members.
  • Flexibility - be prepared to adjust schedules when necessary due to unexpected circumstances or change in priorities.
  • Data Security - ensure that sensitive information, such as client data, is protected.
  • Technology -strong IT skills are essential. Working in a paperless office, you will need excellent IT skills to work across different software platforms.

Salary & Benefits

Basic pay is between £19,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on relevant experience, plus quarterly bonuses and other financial incentives.

Hours of Work

Full Time, 5 days per week, 8.30am – 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.
