Office and Accounts Manager for Family Run Business

A family run healthcare business based in West Bromwich are seeking a forward thinking, innovative and proactive Office and Finance Manager to help support them during a period of growth. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading and ensuring all processes are adhered to whilst reviewing all business processes and structures to and working on project managing the delivery of these processes. The successful candidate will be working full time, fully office based in West Bromwich with some travel to their sites with parking on site. This is not your normal role which will have a set structured job specification and suits somebody who is keen to work in an autonomous environment where they can come up with new ideas and help to implement them! You will be constantly reviewing client processes, finance and HR processes, ensuring all compliance across the business alongside supporting with general administrative tasks. Further to this you will be managing all properties, liaising with suppliers, negotiating costs, ensuring all IT is running smoothly whilst supporting area managers with adhoc tasks.

This role is perfect for someone that loves using data to help drive change and the role will utilise QuickBooks to ensure all financial compliance and this candidate will be expected to produce regular reports on finances, stock, productivity performance via this system and report back to the directors with ideas for improvement.

The ideal candidate will have a real all-round background as an Office Manager within any sector. You must have experience handling accounts and had experience using QuickBooks. The successful candidate will need have a track record of implementing processes and new ideas and ways of working in their previous roles whilst managing budgets and costs controls.
