Jackson Sims are looking for an experienced Day Concierge to be based at a luxury residential development in Brentford. An ongoing assignment with shift patterns that are 4 on, 4 off, working from 7-7.
Position: Day Concierge
Location: Brentford
Salary: £11.44 - £12 per hour
Working Hours: 4 on 4 off, 7am-7pm
Job type: Temporary on going assignment
Key Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for the smooth running of the Concierge desk.
- Meeting and greeting residents and visitors and providing a high level of customer service at all times.
- Liaising with and supervising contractors undertaking works on-site.
- Undertaking building patrols to ensure the security of the building and to report any maintenance problems to the Property Manager.
- Assisting residents with day to day queries.
- Managing and distributing keys, post and parcels.
- Answering the telephone, logging all messages and dealing with general enquiries.
- Recording any incidents that occur and responding to requests quickly and effectively.
- Issuing building fobs and parking permits.
Previous experience working in luxury residential is required.
