HR Business Partner

12-month fixed term contract - Start immediately

£50,000 with great company benefits

Hybrid working - 2-3 days in the office each week, working 37.5 per week

Training - 2-3 weeks working in the office 4 days each week

We are working with a global IT company who is searching for an experience HRBP with a minimum CIPD level 5. You will be working alongside a Senior HRBP supporting the Sales and Telecoms division of the business who have 400-500 employees. You must have corporate experience at HRBP level, ideally you will have been involved in organisational design and change programs and must have ER experience.

We are searching for a proactive, confidential candidate who thrives in a busy HR environment, you will be working in a team of 8 friendly, hardworking, professionals.

The role

  • Project work, design and delivering - organisational design and change programs
  • Escalated employee relations
  • Support the Senior HRBP
  • Succession planning, performance management, engagement, reward & policy updates
  • Track and monitor HR metrics and report to Senior HRBP
  • Work in partnership with case management provider for escalated ER matters
  • Assist with change management and business improvement
  • Deliver training and support to managers to effectively manage their teams
  • Maintain strong relationships with department managers
  • Work collaboratively with the recruitment team supporting with meeting deadlines and resourcing as required
  • Update and maintain HR systems
  • Follow HR best practice

Skills and experience desired

  • Must be CIPD level 5 qualified, ideally you will have CIPD level 7
  • Must have extensive ER experience
  • Must have organisational design and change programs experience
  • Must have corporate HR experience in a similar role, with broad HR knowledge and experience
  • Must have knowledge of current UK legislation including TUPE, redundancies and restructures
  • Must be an excellent communicator both written and verbally
  • Must have a positive can-do attitude, be helpful and approachable
  • Must be passionate about providing a first-class service to the stakeholders within the business
  • Ideally you will have experience with tribunal preparation
  • ACAS knowledge desired not essential
