JOB TYPE: Full-Time

SALARY: £37,500 Full-Time Salary + 20% Commission OTE

LOCATION: Milton Keynes, MK9 1FH (Hybrid)

HOURS OF WORK: Between 9am – 5.30pm, Monday to Friday

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our global client provides accounting outsourcing services and wants to grow its team in the UK. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships and finding new business opportunities. It's a progressive role with the potential to manage "key accounts" and advance to an Account Director position within a few years.

The Account Manager will be responsible for:

  • Develop and nurture relationships with channel partners.
  • Raising clients' business concerns to relevant teams
  • Negotiating and closing business contracts with existing and new clients and managing full onboarding process.
  • Seeking out new sales opportunities using own initiative and independently engage in industry relevant events.
  • Delivering sales pitch
  • Preparing and presenting business and account updates to the company's management and clients.
  • Budget monitoring
  • Regularly following up with clients
  • Contributing information to sales strategies by assessing current product results, monitoring competitive products, assessing needs to be filled and analysing customer reactions.
  • Keeping all information up to date on the companies CRM system
  • Ad hoc support to Sales and Marketing functions e.g. preparing and organising events.

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

  • A proactive attitude with the ability to work autonomously.
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Previous experience using a CRM
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Good understanding of client care
  • Flexible working hours for assisting with breakfast/evening events both virtually and face-to-face in our offices and at external venues in and around UK & Ireland.
