As an Service Coordinator you will be responsible for :
- Responsible for delivery of start-to-end service process of UK customer base.
- Work to SLA and provide excellent customer service
- Receiving and managing inbound calls and emails
- Working closely with the production and sales team updating the customers on any delay in deliveries etc
- Managing customer accounts and being first point of contact for any queries, orders or complaints.
To be successful in this role of Sales Administrator you will ideally have:
- Experience within a customer service/ service or sales administration role
- Experience using an ERP system
- Excellent communication skills written and verbal
