Handle are working with a leading creative agency to bring a HR & Payroll Assistant to their team on a full-time basis.
You'll be joining a small collaborative team - there is a lot of room to grow and develop as they go through a busy period of change. Key duties will focus on the full employee life-cycle from acting as the first point of contact for HR queries, supporting with recruitment, supporting on a variety of project work. A big focus will be their monthly payroll - you must have experience handling manual payroll processes and feel confident leading on this.
The ideal candidate will have strong payroll experience and HR admin experience in an SME business with a passion for the creative industries. Experience collating payroll is essential, and you must be confident using Excel and working with data. You will be detail orientated and thorough in your approach, taking satisfaction in constantly improving systems and processes.
Although they do offer a hybrid working pattern, they are usually in the office 4 if not 5 days so you'll be someone who loves working in person and sees the value of office days. They are based in Soho.
