Dynamite Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Part-Time Payroll Administrator, working 22.5-30 hours per week across 3-4 days, within an accounting firm based in Portsmouth on a permanent basis. This role would be responsible for managing an entire portfolio of client payroll accounts. There could be the potential to increase hours over time.
The Role:
- Setting up new payroll clients and advising on general queries
- Process new starters, leavers and uploading payments into the system
- Reconciling payroll and pension accounts
- Processing BAC payments to HMRC for tax and NI contributions
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience within a similar position
- Sage Payroll would be desirable
- Ability to prioritise and multi-task within a fast-paced environment
