Senior HR Advisor

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage disciplinary and grievance procedures, ensuring adherence to company policies and legal requirements.

Offer guidance and support on workplace and industrial relations issues.

Oversee performance management processes, including appraisals and performance improvement plans.

Collaborate with the Assistant HR Manager to enhance the performance management system, providing continuous improvement suggestions.

Supervise sickness and absence monitoring strategies, working with medical and occupational health providers.

Handle personal injury and insurance claims, liaising with the company's insurers.

Develop and implement employee engagement strategies, focusing on motivation, commitment, and organizational culture.

Assist the HR Manager in rolling out HR initiatives aligned with the company's strategic goals.

Contribute to the development and updating of HR policies and procedures.

Promote digitalization and automation within the HR department.

Mentor and support the core Human Resources team.

Experience/Qualifications:

Extensive experience in a senior HR advisory role.

Demonstrated ability to manage complex HR casework, including redundancy, disciplinary, and grievance procedures.

Experience in creating and implementing HR policies and procedures.

Comprehensive knowledge of current employment law.

Relevant industry experience.

Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
