**Store Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and inspire your team to consistently deliver customer service excellence
- Drive retail performance through strong sales leadership and operational excellence
- Take full P&L responsibility, managing budgets, stock control, and audit procedures
- Keep the team engaged with technical product knowledge to enhance customer experience
- Oversee visual merchandising to showcase the brand's products and create an inviting store environment
- Recruit, train, and develop your team, ensuring a high-performance culture
- Report directly to the Area Manager on performance, sales trends, and team management
**Experience & Qualifications:
- A passion for the outdoors and an interest in outdoor products
- Proven retail management experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or Supervisor
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to analyse retail trends, sales, and competitor activity
- Track record of driving sales, managing KPIs, and improving store performance
- Experience with P&L responsibility, recruitment & training, and visual merchandising
- Fashion retail experience is a plus but not essential - we value passion and leadership
