Description
The key responsibilities of a Interim Finance Manager will include, but may not be limited to;
- Oversee all financial operations within the association.
- Prepare and manage annual budgets, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
- Conduct thorough financial analysis and reporting to guide decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
- Develop and implement efficient financial management systems.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve financial objectives.
- Provide guidance and support to finance team members.
- Liaise with external auditors and manage audit processes.
Profile
A successful Interim Finance Manager should have:
- Not for Profit and Charities background.
- A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Part qualified.
- Ability to commute to Chorley.
- Proven experience in financial management within the not for profit sector.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A solid understanding of financial regulations and standards.
