The Role:

As a Senior Associate Solicitor specializing in Family Law, you will play a crucial role in the firm's growth and success. The primary focus will be on matrimonial finances, where your expertise will allow you to effectively manage cases and provide empathetic, client-focused service. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a diverse caseload of matrimonial finance matters.
  • Providing expert legal advice and guidance to clients, ensuring the highest standards of service.
  • Developing and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring trust and confidence in your handling of sensitive cases.
  • Actively participating in the firm's business development activities to further grow the practice.
  • Leading and mentoring junior members of the team, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment.

Requirements:

  • At least 6 years PQE, with significant experience in matrimonial finances.
  • Strong case management skills, with a proven track record in handling complex family law matters.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to empathize with clients during challenging times.
  • Proven leadership abilities and a commitment to team development
  • A proactive approach to business development and a keen interest in contributing to the firm's success.
