Are you an Area Manager or similar who comes from a Supported Living Mental Health background who is looking for a fully autonomous position offering full area responsibility within a well-established company offering further training and progression opportunities?
This well-established company offer high quality, person-led care and support for people with mental health disabilities, mainly within the supported care industry and have been providing their services for over 25 years. They boast numerous sites across the UK and due to continual growth are looking for someone to join their team and take the role forward.
In this autonomous role you will be responsible for general Area Manager duties including visiting the Coventry and Nuneaton sites and ensuring compliance, as well as ensuring services meet the requirements of CQC registration, conducting admin and preparing relevant documents, and being responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Coventry area. You will work Monday - Friday 37.5 hours a week.

The Person:
- Area Manager or similar
- Minimum Level 2 Health and Social Care qualification minimum
- Previous professional experience within Supported Living / Mental Health
- Commutable to Coventry
