Senior Designer - £45k + Bonus - Agency - Manchester City Centre
Our client is a Manchester City Centre based Creative Agency who will give you the opportunity to work with amazing clients from start-ups to global organisations, across a range of sectors.
As a Senior Designer, you will play a critical role in defining the visual identity and creative direction of our client's projects. Leading a passionate team of designers, you will collaborate across departments to ensure high-quality creative outputs that align with client objectives and brand guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mentor and guide the studio team alongside the Design Director.
- Develop and execute innovative design concepts across various mediums including digital and print.
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver compelling design solutions.
- Oversee the entire design process from concept to final delivery.
- Interpret briefs from clients and colleagues to produce impactful design solutions.
- Ensure all design work adheres to brand guidelines and project goals.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
- Present design proposals to clients and incorporate feedback.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience as a Senior Designer or similar role (minimum 6+ years).
- Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects
- Experience working with stand-out brands is a MUST!
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout design.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing priorities.
- Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (preferred but not essential).
- Experience in 3D, motion design, and AI (preferred but not essential).
