Commercial Manager / Senior Sales Executive
Salary: £38-45k (DOE) + 40% bonus
Location: Redhill (with 1 day/wk hybrid option)

Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue by securing new business and maintaining relationships with exhibitors
- Achieve sales targets through upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients through regular communication and exceptional customer service
- Manage CRM systems to ensure accurate data and sales forecasting
- Attend competitor events and shows (UK and international) to source leads and business opportunities
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in B2B event sales, ideally in trade shows
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Strong customer relationship skills and commercial mindset
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
- CRM experience (HubSpot preferred)
