Day to Day of the Role:
- Manage tasks and projects with accurate planning and updates for traceability and work completion records.
- Estimate and report on project pipelines.
- Support and develop existing projects with ongoing improvements.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools to track performance metrics.
- Analyse data sets to extract meaningful insights and identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Perform ETL operations to ensure accurate data extraction, transformation, and loading into databases.
- Optimize database queries and BI tools for better performance.
- Work closely with business teams to understand requirements and ensure data governance, accuracy, security, and compliance.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and support data-driven decision-making.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
- Ability to create effective reports and dashboards.
- Familiarity with SQL for data manipulation and querying.
- Experience with Microsoft applications such as Excel, Access, Power BI, and Power Query.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent planning and time management.

Desirable Experience:
- Azure Microsoft DevOps.
- Previous coding experience.

Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday (40 hours per week).
- 08:30 – 17:30 (1-hour break).
