Job title: Sales Co-ordinator
Location: Long Crendon
Contract Details: Full time, Permanent
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5pm (1 hour lunch break)
Hyrbid working: 3 days in office, 2 days at home

Responsibilities:
- Raise and process quotations and sales orders
- Engage with customers to understand their requirements
- Proactively follow up on outstanding quotations
- Update the ERP system with customer feedback
- Expedite orders when necessary
- Build and maintain excellent customer relationships
- Collaborate with the sales team to set actionable next steps
- No cold calling
Skills:
- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role
- Strong communication skills and ability to prioritise workload
- Familiarity with ERP systems
- Basic understanding of technical products and proposals
