Description
As a Customer Service Advisor you will be working in a Contact Centre environment dealing with a range of queries from existing members relating to their products and services.
The role will be mainly telephone based and also corresponding with customers over email and webchat.
You will be working in a busy environment ensuring customer service is at the forefront of everything and service level agreements are exceeded.
Profile
Previous customer service experience this could be from a range of backgrounds the business doesn't need direct Contact Centre experience as full training will be provided.
We are however looking for candidates that pride themselves on the level of service they provide and are passionate about the delivering the best journey for customers at all times.
