Description
The key responsibilities will include but not be limited to-
- Processing incoming orders
- Confirming prices and stock availability
- Raising quotations when requested
- Identify and assess Customer needs
- Build sustainable relationships with customers
- Provide accurate and valid information and enter into the system
- Handle customer complaints
- Meet customer service teams KPI's
Profile
The successful candidate will have some experience of Sales order processing previously, be based around the Weybridge area and be looking for permanent work. They also must-
- Have excellent communication skills
- Have a positive attitude
- Have good attention to detail
- Be polite in the tone and manner
