Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the financial management of the school, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Manage the school's administrative functions, including HR, facilities, and health and safety.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and school policies.
- Work closely with the Headteacher and senior leadership team to support the strategic direction of the school.
- Liaise with external stakeholders, including local authorities and suppliers.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within an educational setting.
- Strong financial acumen and experience with financial management software.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
