A long-standing and prestigious client of mine is offering an exceptional career opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor with the ambition, initiative, and drive to take the next significant step in their legal career.

This is a role of high prestige, where the successful candidate will lead and grow an already established and thriving Commercial Property Department. This is primarily an office-based role that emphasizes collaboration, team building, and cross-marketing as essential elements of daily work. However, hybrid working arrangements are also available, providing flexibility to balance office presence with remote working.

The ideal candidate will bring a thorough understanding of commercial property law, taking responsibility for a wide range of matters, including commercial conveyancing, commercial leases, secured lending, and development agreements. Building and nurturing strong client relationships with both new and existing clients will be a key focus.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in commercial property within a reputable law firm.
  • Proficiency in all legal aspects related to commercial property, including conveyancing, leasing, development agreements, and disposals.
  • Ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively, coupled with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Keen eye for detail, with the ability to manage workloads effectively under pressure.
  • Capable of working independently while also contributing positively to team dynamics.
  • High degree of commercial awareness, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and client needs.
