Key Responsibilities:
- Provide application support and troubleshoot hardware issues
- Deliver on-site technical support
- Answer calls, log issues and resolve them, escalating when necessary
- Mentor service desk analysts and serve as a point of escalation for them
Technical Skills Required:
- Proficiency with Windows 10, Active Directory, Office 365, and iManage
- Experience with hardware such as desktops, laptops, and phones
- 3 or more years of experience in a similar role
