An exciting opportunity has come up with our top legal client in Skipton for a Legal Secretary to join their Conveyancing department on a permanent basis. This position is a part time opportunity, working Monday to Friday in the office with reduced daily hours.
Key duties to include:
- Provide adequate support to fee earners and other members of the team.
- Manage all incoming and outgoing communications with key clients.
- Provide adequate support to fee earners and other members of the team.
- Complete prioritised administration duties in a professional and timely manner.
- Undertake filing and paperwork tasks to provide colleagues with assistance.
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous legal secretary experience.
- Experience with Conveyancing/Commercial property law preferable.
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Office.
- Attentive to detail and able to work under pressure.
- Excellent time management and organisational abilities.
