Location: Belfast City Centre ( Office Based)
Salary and Benefits: £11.88- £14.81 per hour
Hours of work: 9am-5pm Mon to Fri
Employment Type- Temporary ongoing with the possible view to a permanent position

- Admin work - filing, archiving
- Travel plans
- Diary management for the CEO and President
- Greeting guests
- Setting up rooms for meetings
- Answering phones
- Typing
The Right Fit:
Ideally someone that is proactive, very organised with a methodical approach, competent in the use of all of MS Suite, and has 1-2 years previous Administration experience.
