- Learn on the Job: Start with the basics of administration and work your way up to becoming a fully qualified Mortgage & Protection Advisor.
- Client Interaction: Prepare and manage client files, and eventually progress to interviewing and advising clients.
- Business Growth: Help identify new business opportunities and work independently to meet tight deadlines.
- Professional Development: Undertake regular training and stay updated with industry regulations and guidelines.
