HR Administrative Assistant

Are you an experienced HR Administrator?

Do you hold a CIPD qualification?

If so, this role is for you.

My client, based in CV5 are looking for a HR administrator on a temporary ongoing basis starting immediately.

This is a full time office based role working Monday to Friday. The salary for this role is £25.

You will provide an excellent level of administrative service ensuring all administration activities are provided in a timely and efficient manner. This is a busy and varied role where you will need to be able to build relationships with employees and managers across the business unit.

Main duties will include:

  • HR data base and reporting
  • Holiday and sickness reporting
  • Recruitment, onboarding and induction
  • Adhoc administration for the wider department
  • Payroll adjustments
  • Advice and guidance

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in a similar administrative role, with some understanding of HR Procedures and Best Practices
  • Awareness of confidentiality and handling confidential information securely
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good knowledge and experience in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Office, as well as good telephone manner.
