As a Regional Talent Administrator at Lidl, you will support the delivery of training and development for all colleagues across your region. From supporting the leadership team to being the first point of contact on day-to-day training queries, this is an exciting, busy role, working directly for the Regional Talent Manager, for someone to make a real difference to the work lives of your regional colleagues.

What you'll do

  • Monitor the progress of regional induction and basic training, liaising with colleagues and line managers to ensure completion in line with national deadlines
  • Support line managers and colleagues to rectify problems or issues with training in a timely and professional manner
  • Analyse Talent KPIs, identifying trends and proactively liaising with key stakeholders to improve regional results
  • Support the Regional Talent Manager in daily business and projects including Talent Cycle and Emerging Talent Forums

What you'll need

  • At least one year's professional experience (in the field of HR management desirable)
  • Enthusiasm for supporting high quality training and development to all colleagues
  • Flexible communication skills with the ability to influence a range of regional colleagues
  • Excellent planning and organisation skills with an eagle-eye for detail
  • A strong multi-tasker with good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise conflicting deadlines
