Our mission is to help businesses across the UK find the best people for their vacancies with our cutting-edge, and cost-effective software's. Based in trendy Shoreditch with offices overlooking Hoxton Square we'd love to hear form ambitious individuals who have experience working in a target driven environment and love the winning nature of sales.

Role Description:

On a daily basis you'll be speaking with key decision makers showcasing our media packages and the offering a solution-based approach to selling.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate potential leads
  • Building a portfolio of clients to manage looking for upsell opportunities where relevant
  • Upsell and cross sell products doing routine check ups
  • Reintroducing lapsed clients to the business
  • Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to achieve targets
  • Conducting online demonstrations with clients

Requirements:

  • Up to 1 Years experience working in a B2B environment
  • Experience closing deals
  • Experience conducting meetings with clients
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong time management and organisation skills
  • Experience managing client relationships and understanding client needs
  • Sales and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment

Compensation:

  • Full-time position with a salary of up to £28,000 per annum
  • Uncapped commission up to 20%
  • OTE - £45,000 per annum
  • 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays and you'll get an extra 2 'duvet days' after the first year
