Inizio Engage are excited to recruit for a Quantity Surveyor for our client, global manufacturers and distributors for high quality Waterbased and UV Coatings, certificated Pressroom chemicals, Pressroom chemicals, Fountain solutions and sundry products.
The role will involve managing budgets and contractual relationships of the companies' projects, ensuring all projects and sub-contracts are kept in line with programme and tendered budgets and identifying and weighing up all commercial risks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage budgets and overseeing payment and ensure all projects reach the correct standards
- Provide weekly and monthly data to meet KPI's, monitoring and reporting on trends to inform the business
- To understand and adhere to Company policies and procedures
- Comply with company Health and Safety policies, procedures and codes of practice
- Demonstrate and uphold Company values
Key Skills:
- At least 2 years' experience in contract reporting
- Good communication skills verbally and in writing
- Good negotiating and influencing skills to command professional respect at all levels.
- Highly competent in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Solution focused
- Ability to foster strong and collaborative working relationships at all levels
