LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR – Residential Estate Agency

Salary: OTE £45k
Position: Permanent – Full Time
We are searching for a skilled, charismatic, and experienced Lettings Negotiator based in the West London area.
This is a job for an enthusiastic, energetic and highly motivated property salesperson at an independent Estate Agency in Kensington.
You will need to be a committed team player, with excellent customer service skills and a passion for lettings residential property and the ability to perform well in a highly competitive property market.
You will be instrumental in helping to grow the market share whilst ensuring first class customer service is being delivered.
You will need to be smart, punctual, reliable, well-spoken and articulate, whilst being driven, focused and be able to thrive in a faced paced pressurised environment.
Skills: The skills required for this Lettings Negotiator role will include:
- Experienced residential lettings estate agent
- Excellent sales ability
- Be target driven and tenacious
- High level of customer service skills
- Good telephone manner and positive attitude
- Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
- Knowledge of the Kensington area would be helpful
- Full Driving License and car owner essential
- Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
