What you'll be doing:
- Resolve business system related issues
- Escalate issues or report to 3rd parties when necessary
- Produce daily, weekly and monthly reports
- Test and release bug fixes and system updates
- Carry out projects individually and with colleagues
- Documents requests and update records
Experience to succeed:
- Minimum of 3 years in an IT Support role
- Confident working with Excel and report generation
- Worked with transport/ logistics management systems or ticketing system
- Strong data analysis and numeracy skills
- Organised, proactive and a self-starter
